Brand new, factory sealed. We get our CDs from a variety of sources, including overstocks, liquidations, music clubs, and direct from the factory.  We ship using USPS first class mail, usually within 24 hours. Expedited US shipping using USPS Priority Mail and international shipping is also available. Occasionally a case becomes cracked while in our warehouse or during shipping and we DO NOT consider this to be grounds for a return.  We sometimes re-use shipping and packing materials. We realize this looks unprofessional, but feel very strongly that the need to recycle and conserve outweighs the need to look good, and we hope you understand and agree.
