If our family won't use it, yours won't either. And while we can't try out every product we sell, we trust our suppliers enough to know that they feel the same as we do. We don't promise you the lowest prices on the web. In fact, we strongly believe that if a price is too good to be true...there's a reason. So we promise not to sell bootleg stuff we buy in bulk from some sweatshop overseas; we promise not to sell things that will fall apart once you use them; and we promise to take your comments, complaints and criticisms seriously and deal with them promptly. << |
